Job Summary

The Associate Manager, Omni-Channel Strategy & Programs partners with cross-functional teams to strategize, implement and measure omni-channel initiatives. Champions digital experiences instore and online, and brings together key stakeholders to design and execute key initiatives through ongoing communication, status meetings, and project plans. Key contributor to communication of digital strategy and results across enterprise. Responsible for building plans to educate and train team members on key initiatives in order to achieve financial and strategic goals. May be responsible for bringing key omni-channel programs to life, while collaborating with Merchandising, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment with store experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Works cross-functionally with the digital and store operations teams to execute optimal online experiences and drive communication and execution in stores.

  • Responsible for building business cases for key omni-channel initiatives and programs. Partners with strategic planning and analysis counterparts to ensure completion and alignment completion. Manages key delivery milestones and measures results.

  • Develops plans that align with sales and profit goals and delivers end-to-end Profit & Loss results.

  • Recommends actions based on historical performance and forecasts comparing various scenarios.

  • Performs analysis, scopes and deep dives to uncover insights and makes recommendations to help enhance plans and strategies.

  • Researches and assesses competitive and industry trends to contribute to decision making and plans.

  • May identify and establish relationships with external partners.

  • Develops business approaches and processes to enhance standards and establish best practices.

  • Shares complex information related to areas of expertise and/or to gain acceptance of new or enhanced business solutions. Evangelizes new ideas / solutions to gain acceptance from a wide range of audiences.

  • Guides and mentors a wide range of audiences. May provide subject matter expertise to the business. May participate in teaching and training team members.

External Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in Merchandising, Marketing, eCommerce, Strategy, Analytics, Finance, and/or Operations OR High school / GED and at least 4 years of experience in Merchandising, Marketing, eCommerce, Strategy, Healthcare, Analytics, Finance, and/or Operations.

  • Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with external partners.

  • Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.

  • Experience identifying operational issues, and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

  • Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.

  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.

  • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree OR MBA

  • Experience working in e-commerce/digital area in a matrixed organization.

  • Experience working with Profit & Loss.
